achieve permanent gains.
Continuous improvement of quality and operational performance is required in
ISO 9001:2000 and TS16949 and is essential for all companies to increase
their competitive advantages. This two-day workshop provides sufficient time
and a hands-on approach to demonstrate effective problem solving and
permanent improvements. Exercises will use the major quality tools. The
program is designed for production managers and supervisors, design
engineers, quality managers, quality professionals and support department
personnel.
