Entry Fees: 30 minutes and under - $5.00 , 31 to 60 minutes - $10.00 , 61 to 100 minutes - $15.00.

NEW DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 10, 2004. LATE ENTRIES NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 15. ADD $5 FOR EACH LATE ENTRY.

Submissions MUST be on VHS. You may submit as many films as you wish. Send completed application, entry fee, a VHS copy of your film and a press kit (synopsis/stills) to:

Or simply drop off your video and info at IUSB’s Information Desk located in the front of the Administration Building at 1700 Mishawaka Ave.

Make sure your name, film title and contact information is clearly marked on the video and other materials. We will gladly return tapes and materials if an additional $5 fee is applied for return postage. Or pick them up at the festival.

Release

I verify that I hold all the necessary rights and copyright clearances for the submission of this film to the I.U. South Bend Independent Video & Filmmakers Festival. I acknowledge this is an exhibition festival, not a competition, and the selection of my film into the festival will be determined solely by the festival committee based on content, story/concept, acting and technical quality. Excerpts from my film may be used for the purposes of promoting the festival through any media. If my film is accepted I and one guest are allowed entrance into the festival free of charge.
