From the Editor

Welcome to the Indiana University South Bend Undergraduate Research Journal. The URJ strives to recognize IUSB undergraduates for their scholarly accomplishments, stimulate their future scholarly activity and provide an opportunity for them to present their work in a multi-disciplinary, refereed journal. The staff also hopes to facilitate faculty and undergraduate student interactions through the publication of student research as we move through the 2008-2009 school year — the URJ Staff.
