Because of licensing agreements, most of the electronic resources/databases linked from this site require an IUSB student or staff ID and password. Anyone trying to connect to these services from home using a commercial Internet service provider such as America Online or Comcast will have to enter a valid IUSB student or staff ID and password in order to be recognized as an authorized user.

1. On the library homepage, click on "Databases" under "Reference & Research" section.
   
   
   
2. On the "Reference & Research" homepage, select a database by clicking on the pull down menu under the section of "To Look for Articles". For example, EBSCOhost.
   
   
   
3. On the next two screens, you will see two pop-up boxes as below. Click on "Yes" in both of the pop-up boxes.
   
   
   
4. A login page for networked resources remote access appears. Type in your IUSB student or staff ID and password and click on "Submit Query".
   
   
   
5. Another pop-up box for a security alert appears, click on "Yes" to proceed.
   
   
   
6. You will then directed to the corresponding database.
