How to Become a Student at IU South Bend
- Complete the admission application (you can apply online right now).
- Send your nonrefundable $45 application fee, payable to IU South Bend.
- Ask any colleges you have attended to send us your transcripts.
- Apply for financial aid.
- Take the required placement exams in reading and mathematics. (Review the Office of Student Services Web site for information on exceptions and waivers).
- Make your appointment for academic advising and registration.
- Pay your bill.
