Dentistry pre-professional program requirements
The requirements listed in this brochure pertain to IUSB students planning to attend Indiana University School of Dentistry (www.iusd.iupui.edu), although requirements for other schools should be similar. A minimum of 90 semester or 135 quarter credit hours is required for admission, but most students have achieved a B. A. or B. S. degree before starting dental school. Once you have chosen a major, you will need to be advised by that department as to the requirements needed to complete a B.A. or B.S. degree. The Dental Admissions Test is also required prior to admission, and should be taken after the biology and chemistry requirements are completed.
Please check in the current Bulletin or with your academic advisor for math levels and pre-requisites for courses.
