Profile Before coming to IU South Bend, Ms. Mendez taught courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and Team Management in New Mexico State University. She is currently completing her dissertation on the study of multiple forms of collective leadership in teams. Ms. Mendez is a member of the Academy of Management Association and the Southwest Management Association. Her work has been published in the Journal of World Business, and the Organization Management Journal. Her professional interests include primarily team leadership research, cross-cultural leadership, and followership.
