Profile Chris was a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Banking Division of National City Bank. He has eighteen years of Corporate Banking experience spending that time advising closely-held and publicly traded businesses both domestically and internationally. Much of his work has involved capital structuring in addition to a wide variety of capital raising activities in support of his clients' growth and acquisition strategies. The vast majority of his capital raising work has been accomplished through traditional bank markets and the institutional markets and has covered all layers of the capital base. He has taught Personal Finance at IU South Bend and will teach a variety of International Business courses going forward.
