MS Accounting
Indiana law requires 150 hours of college credit for a person to be eligible to sit for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam. To meet this need, IU South Bend offers a 30 graduate credit hour Master of Science in Accounting degree.
This program prepares individuals for a career as a professional accountant and helps individuals attain professional certification, not only as a CPA, but also as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Data Processing Auditor (CDPA).

Graduate Non-Degree students can take a MAXIMUM of two classes. They need to complete all application materials, including the GMAT, before they can take a third class. This policy is strictly enforced by the Office of Graduate Business Programs.
