Before coming to IU South Bend in 1988, Dr. Vollrath taught Organizational Behavior at New York University , Purdue University , and the University of Illinois . His research interests center on group performance and decision making. He is a member of the National Academy of Management and the Midwest Academy of Management. He has served as a reviewer for the Academy of Management Journal , Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Journal of Applied Social Psychology and Business and Society.
