At Indiana University South Bend, diversity is more than a symbolic gesture. We value and embrace people from all walks of life and are committed to the academic success of each student.

The Office of Campus Diversity helps stimulate, promote, and support a welcoming environment for underrepresented students, faculty, and staff. By doing so, we hope to positively impact enrollment, retention, and graduation. There are many factors of diversity, including race, ethnicity, culture, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, first-generation college student, religion, and class. All of these are important to us at IU South Bend.

From workshops to guest lecturers to student support groups, the Office of Campus Diversity promotes access and success for everyone on campus.
