rigor of the subject matter, real estate pre-licensing courses require a
minimum of six to 10 hours of outside study time each week.
Students in the pre-licensing courses are
expected to complete all assigned readings and projects PRIOR to class
meetings. Failure to complete the assignments slows the pace of learning and
leads to less class time to cover the material needed to pass your state
licensing exam.
