Be at least 18 years old before applying for a
license.

Successfully complete a course in the
principles, practices, and law of real estate which has been approved
by the state of Indiana. (Indiana
University South Bend is the only state-approved university program in
northern Indiana)

Pass a written exam prepared and
administered by the Indiana Real Estate Commission within one year of
completing your pre-licensing course.

Apply for a license by submitting the
application fee. More details presented in class.

Submit the $25 license fee and a sworn
certification of a principal broker verifying the broker's intent to
associate with you (this must be done within 120 days after passing the
state exam).*
