Strategies for Living Debt Free in the 21st Century
A must attend workshop for all people wanting to get a better handle on their finances and work towards financial security.

- What is the proper order for handling each area of your personal finances?
In this class you will:
- Learn a 3-step system for successfully managing your debts and expenses. The workshop is designed for “all” Americans who want to build real wealth and become financially independent by eliminating debt.
- Learn a linear math system that will eliminate all of your consumer debt in one to four years, and then your mortgage in another three to six years.
- Bring a list of your debts with balances and monthly payments (principal and interest only for mortgage) and during class develop your own debt elimination plan that can be implemented immediately into your lifestyle.
- Look at some simple money management techniques that will help insure that you achieve your personal financial goals.
- Walk through a simple cash flow management system for handling expenses.
- Uncover numerous strategies for spending your money more efficiently, thereby putting more money back in your pocket.
- Talk about “identity theft” and pulling a credit report to clean up incorrect information.
