MOVING TO MICROSOFT OFFICE 2007

These classes are for you if you have been using previous versions of Microsoft Office and now want to use 2007. These 2-hour classes will help you quickly come “up to speed” with all of the changes and new features of 2007. Maintain your productivity by getting the most out of 2007.

The Overview class gives you the big picture on how the changes in 2007 affect all of the different Microsoft products. Take the individual “Moving to…” classes for Word, Excel, Access, or PowerPoint to get a more in depth look on how you can be as successful with 2007 as you were with previous versions. If you don’t know Word, Excel, Access, or PowerPoint in any version, take one of our “Getting Started …”classes.

Overview of Microsoft 2007

In this hands-on class, discover the changes in Microsoft Office 2007. Many users of previous versions of Microsoft feel “lost” at the new look of 2007 and get frustrated figuring out where everything went. Let us help you translate what you knew before into the new 2007 platform. In addition, learn about new features and benefits. Besides the big picture overview of changes, this class will give you a brief look at specific changes in Word, Excel, and Access.

Put back the toolbar buttons you love and change defaults. See the changes in Word features such as themes, styles, merge, tables, AutoText, etc. and become familiar with new features.
