Getting Started With Access
Utilize Microsoft Access to
efficiently store and organize your data. This class gives you
basic knowledge in the four main features of Access: tables, queries,
reports and forms. |

CLASS FOCUS:
• Design and create a database structure
• Create effective input screens
• Design professional-looking reports
• Organize, sort and select data through queries |
|

Prerequisite:
Computers 101
or prior experience.
Note: You may take a test to
earn CEUs for

Moving Ahead With Access
Expand your knowledge of Access
and gain more control over your data.
CLASS FOCUS:
• Validate and restrict data, including using key fields
• Add calculations, groups and sorting to reports
• Use mailing labels
• Design a relational database
• Establish links between tables
• Combine tables in reports, queries and forms
Prerequisite: Getting Started With Access. If you have
prior experience, call 574/520-4168 for a waiver.
