Current Legal Issues for Nonprofit Organizations
 This workshop will cover current legal and tax issues for nonprofit organizations, with a look at IRS enforcement initiatives, charity gaming issues, recent federal and state legislation, conflict of interest issues, and other recent developments of interest to the not-for-profit sector.

Note: Workshop can be applied to Not-For-Profit Certificate; anyone may enroll.

Instructor: Chuck Leone, South Bend attorney for over 30 years with an emphasis on nonprofit organizations, employment law, small business and real estate; city attorney for the city of South Bend; adjunct lecturer, IU South Bend labor studies and paralegal studies; active in various community issues.
