This course provides you with information on detailed math computations;
basic real estate concepts; valuation, contracts and financing; rules, laws
and ethics; property management; ownership, transfer of title and land
use controls and several other important topics.
Notes: Fee includes parking, text and materials. Successful
completion requires 75 percent attendance
and an average score of 75 percent on tests in class.
