Real Estate - Summer 2007 

Because of the amount of material and the rigor of the subject matter, real estate pre-licensing courses require a minimum of six to 10 hours of outside study time each week.

Students in the pre-licensing courses are expected to complete all assigned readings and projects PRIOR to class meetings. Failure to complete the assignments slows the pace of learning and leads to less class time to cover the material needed to pass your state licensing exam.

By being a responsible student, you increase your chances for success on the licensing exam.

Steps for Getting Your Indiana Real Estate License

Real Estate Sales Prelicensing

This course provides you with information on detailed math computations; basic real estate concepts; valuation, contracts and financing; rules, laws and ethics; property management; ownership, transfer of title and land
use controls and several other important topics.

Notes: Fee includes parking, text and materials. Indiana law requires 75 percent attendance and 75 percent average score on tests. To ensure you have your books for the first class, enroll two weeks before class begins.
