Bordeaux Blends
Bordeaux wines are
blends of five grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc,
Malbec, and Petit Verdot. In this seminar you will taste each
varietal and then use those wines to create your own unique Bordeaux
blends to sample in class.
