Diane C. Youngs is a Lecturer in Elementary Education and Coordinator of Field Experiences. She taught special education students at the elementary level for 19 years in local public schools prior to joining the School of Education faculty in 1998. Her literacy areas of expertise are language arts/reading, diagnostic reading, and reading and writing in the content areas. She also serves as a university supervisor for candidates in Block III field experience.
