Welcome to the Spanish Club, reestablished on the Indiana University South Bend campus in the fall of 2002, actively celebrating the Hispanic culture and language! Our activities include regular meetings, dining, museum tours, traveling, community service, movies, and lots of fun!  We are open to your suggestions and ideas! Come and join us!

The club plans to visit various local Latino restaurants throughout the semester and invites all who are interested in this culture-enhancing experience to join us!  It's great to develop friendships with people who have similar interests.  Whether you are fluent in Spanish or cannot speak at all, it does not matter.  We have a wide variety of members who are all equally excited about the Latin American and Spanish cultures.

If you are just looking for an opportunity to brush up on your Spanish conversation skills, our regular restaurant meetings pose an excellent opportunity to do so among club members and waiters/waitresses!  At the same time, you can get a literal taste of the Hispanic world, right in your own community.
