Mr. Cheng received his Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995; his Master's of International Studies from the University of Wyoming in 1992 and his Bachelor degree in English from Nankai University (China) in 1984. Besides teaching elementary Chinese as an adjunct faculty, he also serves as a full-time Associate Librarian at Schurz Library, Indiana University South Bend.
