W131 Elementary Composition (3 credits)
Arts & Humanities courses (6 credits)
Social & Behavioral Sciences courses (6 credits)
Natural Sciences courses (8 credit hours + a lab)
Mathematics (3 credit hours at or above the 111-level)
Computer Proficiency (3 credit hours)
Foreign Language (6 credit hours in one language)
Concentration Requirements in French (15 credit hours): F203 & F204: Second Year French I & II
F305 OR F306: Masterpieces of French Literature I OR II
F313: Advanced Grammar & Composition
3 additional credit hours at or above the 300-level


Bachelor's Degree

(33 credit hours):
F203 & F204: Second Year French I & II
F305 & F306: Masterpieces of French Literature I & II
F313: Advanced Grammar & Composition
F363: Introduction a la France Moderne
F480: French Conversation
One additional 3 credit hour course at or above the 300-level
Three additional 3 credit hour courses at or above the 400-level

* The World Languages Department also offers a minor in French. To complete the minor you are required to take the following courses: F203 & F204, F305 OR F306, F313, F363 and one other 3-credit course at the F300/400 level (for course title refer to the Bachelor's Degree requirements).

**PLEASE NOTE** Other courses may be substituted for with these requirements with the approval of the Department French Section.
