Background:
She is a Ph.D. candidate in Drama at the University of Washington, and earned her M.A. in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin. She received her BA from the Universidad de la República, Montevideo (Uruguay).
Teaching Interests:
She teaches S101, S203 and S325.
Research Interests:
Her research interests include Spanish and Latin American theater and drama, as well as theater in which verbal language is secondary to other languages of the stage. Gestos published her article “A Hug to Humankind from Asturias: Albentestate” in the issue 45 (April 2008).
