HAZARDOUS MATERIALS RELEASE
In the event of a hazardous materials spill or release:
* Notify persons in the area that a spill or release has occurred.
* In case of bodily contact with the hazardous material, remove any contaminated clothing immediately and flush all areas of bodily contact with copious amounts of water for 15 minutes.
* Obtain medical assistance by calling 911.
* Call IU South Bend Police at 4239, and give the following information:

Floor
Room Number
Description of incident
Type of hazardous materials involved
Await further instructions
* If advised, evacuate the building to a safe distance and leave a clear access for arriving emergency personnel. Do not return to the building until instructed to do so by the police or fire department personnel.
