Strategic Plan 2010 - Environmental Scanning Workshop The Far Side of the Bridge

A big thank you to all who attended the first of four workshops to kickoff our new strategic planning process for Indiana University South Bend. The bridge to the future has been completed, and now it is time to take the first steps on the far side.

IU South Bend has retained the services of Joel Lapin, a professor of sociology at The Community College of Baltimore County, Maryland, who is facilitating the four workshops guiding our journey toward completing IU South Bend’s strategic plan for 2010. A new section in the Strategic Planning area has been set up for news regarding how external environmental scanning will fit into the strategic planning process.
