Disaster Report
After recovery, the Disaster Response Team will write a final report detailing the extent of the disaster; the recoveries involved, and include photographs as well as commentary about the disaster response plan with a specific focus on what worked and what needs improvement. The report should also include an evaluation of all sources of supplies and equipment, contractors, and any off-site facilities used. A copy of the final report should be given to the Chancellor.
