released a report titled Progress in developing the National Asset
Database. It is an audit of the activities involved in creating a
database of sites that might be vulnerable to terrorist attack and
therefore in need of greater scrutiny and protection. It is raising some
eyebrows because of the inclusion of things like flea markets, petting
zoos and strip malls, especially the lists from certain states.
