Mobile Classroom Audiovisual

Most classrooms at IU South Bend are permanently equipped with a full array of AV equipment and an overhead projector. If you're scheduled in a room that doesn't contain the equipment you need, Media Services will deliver equipment to your class.

Reserving AV equipment for the classroom

To reserve equipment, please send an email at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class time to imsreq@iusb.edu. Request made with less than 48 hours notice will be honored if staffing and equipment availability permits. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your order is approved and placed on the delivery schedule. The equipment will be delivered directly to your class or meeting room by one of our technicians. (Students may use the equipment, but faculty must place the request)

Equipment available for classroom delivery includes:

  • PC
  • Video/data projector
  • TV/VCR/DVD
  • VHS camcorder
  • 35mm slide projector
  • Portable voice amplifier
  • 16mm projector
