	The Hammes Information Commons Service Desk at the Schurz Library is staffed by professional librarians most of the hours that the library is open. Reference service hours are: Monday-Thursday 9am-10pm Friday 9am-5pm Saturday 10am-5pm Sunday 12 noon-9pm

	refquest@iusb.edu allows you to ask reference questions via email. Questions are usually answered within twenty-four hours.
	The Reference by appointment service offers you a one-on-one appointment with a reference Librarian. These appointments are designed to help those with in-depth research needs of those who feel the need for uninterrupted assistance. Request, or contact a reference librarian via one of the above methods to request an appointment.
