In ACM database:
1. Do your search.
2. Click on the title link or "full citation".
3. Click the link to Display in BibTeX format.
4. Copy and paste the results into a document and Save As a plain text .txt file.
In RefWorks:
1. Click on References tab
2. Select Import
3. Select BibTeX from the Import
Filter/Data source menu and ACM Digital Library from
the Database menu.
4. Select the appropriate folder
5. Browse and select your saved text file
6. Click on Import
