Students who are earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs can choose from several different concentrations.
The concentration in organizational leadership includes courses in areas such as personnel management in public
organizations, urban government administration, health systems administration, labor relations, nonprofit management,

Our students are encouraged to apply for SPEA's Washington Leadership Program. Each spring and fall semester, 25
junior and senior students are chosen to study government in action in the nation's capital.
