(Master of Public Affairs)
Students enrolled in the Master of Public Affairs (M.P.A.) degree can choose a concentration in public and
community services administration and policy. This concentration is designed for individuals already employed in
government or private not-for-profit organizations, as well as for students planning for such careers. Elective
courses enable students to develop career related specializations.
M.P.A. candidates must be certified as having achieved some on-the-job professional experience prior to
graduation. The M.P.A. program is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and
Administration.
