IU South Bend offers credit and noncredit courses at two off-campus locations, so you can attend college convenient to your home or  work. For your convenience, you may pick up an IU South Bend new student packet in South Bend, Elkhart, or Plymouth.  Each packet contains information about programs and courses offered at each IU South Bend location. Financial aid forms, admission applications, and other important information about the university are also included. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the university and look forward to meeting you.

Facilities : The Elkhart Center offers modern college facilities at a site convenient for students in the Elkhart area. The Center consists of thirteen classrooms, a computer lab, student lounge, science lab, and administrative offices.  Map to new location

Flexible schedules: Classes are offered at flexible times so that you can attend college while meeting other work and family obligations. For example, you can choose to take a 3 credit hour course that meets for three hours one night a week; you can take a morning class that meets two days a week; or you can take classes on Saturday. You choose the schedule that works for you.

Plymouth Program

IU South Bend offers academic courses for college credit in Plymouth, Indiana.  Classes meet at Plymouth High School and are taught by IU South Bend faculty members. You can choose from approximately 10 classes offered each semester. We make it easy for you to begin work toward your college degree close to your home and work.
