Plymouth Office

IU South Bend maintains an office at Plymouth High school located in room 132.  An IU South Bend representative will be in the office on Monday - Thursday from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. In addition you can obtain information about Plymouth classes by calling 1-800-321-7834.

Smoking Policy

Beginning Jan. 1, 2008, IU South Bend became a tobacco-free campus.  Indiana University has determined that all campuses will be smoke free in order to promote the health and wellbeing of employees, students and others on campus.  Plymouth High School is a smoke free facility as well and will only allow smoking in your personal vehicle.

Parking

Students taking classes at Plymouth High School should park in the southeast parking lot near the bus garage and enter the building using the southeast doors.  Classroom numbers will be posted on the door.  IU South Bend Plymouth staff will be available to assist you in finding your classes.

Books Sales

Students taking  classes in Plymouth can purchase their books at the IU South Bend bookstore or order their textbooks online at www.whywaitforbooks.com .  Books ordered online will be mailed to your home address.

Inclement Weather

To determine if IU South Bend classes in Plymouth are canceled due to inclement weather, please listen to the local radio and television stations for closing announcements or visit the following websites:

In the case where classes are not canceled, but road conditions make travel in your area dangerous, you should contact your instructor about individual issues of safety and weather related absences.  In addition your instructor may contact you with important class information via email or through Oncourse.  It is important to make sure you check you IU South Bend email account on a regular basis.
