Insurance cards will not be mailed until after the Health Insurance Waiver deadline. If you need to see a doctor during the interim, please go to the chickering site to download a temporary insurance card. Your student ID number is your member Identification number. To register in the system, please replace the first three 000 of your Student ID number with 223. For example, Student ID number 0001234567, your member ID number for AETNA is 2231234567 If you have not received your insurance card three weeks after the Waiver Date (February 1st for spring semester and October 1st for fall semester), you may contact Chickering at 1-800-966-7772.
