Undergraduate Conditional Admission

We're glad you're interested in applying for conditional admission and pursuing your undergraduate education at IU South Bend. We offer almost 100 undergraduate programs in a variety of disciplines. At IU South Bend, you'll discover an active and comfortable campus environment, flexible scheduling, and personal attention from faculty who care about you.

Students who plan to enroll at one of the following intensive English programs may apply for conditional acceptance to Indiana University South Bend:

Apply for Conditional Admission

Conditional Acceptance for Undergraduate Students: Applicants, who meet the academic requirements, could be issued a conditional acceptance letter.  However, an SAT or ACT examination is required for students who apply for admission within one year of their secondary school graduation.  In this case, a student will need to submit and SAT or ACT score by the end of their first semester at Indiana University South Bend.  Students will be expected to complete Level 109 at SBEI, Level 109 at ELS or obtain a minimum TOEFL score of 530 (paper-based); 197 (computer based), or 71 (internet-based).

For conditional admitted students, immigration documents are issued by the English language schools.
