Admission Requirements
- At least a 2.3 cumulative secondary school grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale, or a score of at least 520 on the General Educational Development (GED) test.
- Rank in upper half of secondary school class.
- Graduation from a U.S. or Canadian secondary school or comparable non-U.S.-style school.
- In general, we recommend that students complete college-preparatory course work that includes:
- Eight semesters of English or the language of instruction
- Six to eight semesters of mathematics.
- Six semesters of social science (economics, government, history, psychology, or sociology)
- Eight semesters of foreign language, fine arts, computer science, or technical skills.
- Two semesters of health, physical education, or safety.
- The Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) (if you completed secondary school more than one year ago, the SAT requirement is waived. ***Please note, SAT score may be submitted during the first semester of study).
