Admission Requirements (Conditional Admission)

Master of Public Affairs (MPA)

Conditional Acceptance: Applicants who submit the items below and have met the academic requirements could be issued a conditional admission letter to the MPA program. To be formally admitted to the MPA program a student with an undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 out of 4.0 or above will need to successfully complete Level 109 at TLC: South Bend, Level 112 at ELS or obtain a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based); 213 (computer based), or 79(internet-based). A student with an undergraduate grade point average (GPA) less than 2.5 out of 4.0 will need to obtain a satisfactory score on the GRE examination and successfully complete Level 109 at TLC: South Bend, Level 112 at ELS or obtain a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based); 213 (computer based), or 79(internet-based).

--Graduation from a university or college with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
--Original Academic Records (with English translations)
--Three letters of recommendation
--Statement of Purpose (300-500 word personal statement)
--Evidence of Financial Support
