To print a paper copy or a portion of the course listing, such as for a single department:

1. Highlight the text you want to print
2. From the File menu, select Print
3. When the print dialog box appears, locate the "Print range" section, and click "Selection"
   
   NOTE: If the "Selection" option is not available, click the "Cancel" button to return to the browser. The text should still be highlighted. You will need to copy the highlighted text and paste it into another application, such as Microsoft Word. You can then print it from that application.
   
   
4. Click the "Print" or "OK" button
5. Only the selected text should print
