The Campus Directions Committee , created by the IUSB Faculty senate in 1996 to review, monitor, and revise campus strategic planning, has been asked to develop a new IUSB Strategic Plan by 2005, when it will be submitted to the Higher Learning Commission (formerly NCA).

Developing a strategic plan for IUSB's future involves reaffirming our central mission to serve the academic needs of north-central Indiana as the region's comprehensive public university. Such a task must also reflect the shared educational vision of the entire IUSB community: students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community associates, advisors, and patrons.Thus, we are seeking ideas, opinions, and suggestions from a broad range of stakeholders and campus constituencies.

This web site has been created to provide access to the work of the CDC, as well as to offer a channel for direct campus and community participation. CDC members welcome your assistance as we develop a plan for the campus future, and would be glad to respond to your comments and questions.
