The Child Development Center observes the same holiday closings as IU South Bend.

• Memorial Day  
• Independence Day   
• Labor Day   
• Thanksgiving & the Friday after

We are closed for 2-3 weeks for Christmas and New Year’s holidays.  We reserve the right to close between IU South Bend semesters due to low enrollment.  The center also closes for a limited number of staff training/development days.  Every effort is made to schedule these at a time that will have the least impact on our families.

Weather-related Closings

The Child Development Center will close when the university closes due to bad weather.  To find out tune to the local television or radio station for closings.
