Marie Roth is getting details for doing a fingerprinting booth during the Ethnic festival. Marianne, could you be in touch with Marie to give her contact information on fingerprint kits.

I have one phone number so far for the house numbers. This woman needs to be called back and a student must be assigned to her home immediately. Her name is Carol Rotucki she lives in Copperfield - her phone number is 291-1395. If someone is able to do this, please contact her ASAP.
Hacienda Fiesta Give Back:
We should have flyers with coupons printed up by Thursday or Friday to distribute to faculty, staff, and students across campus.

We must purchase a minimum of 100 dozen donuts at $3.00 per dozen. We can sell them at no more than $6.00 per box or $0.50 per donut. This topic will be discussed in a future meeting.
The St. Joseph Co. Jail tour was successful. Seventeen people showed up for the tour. Thank you to those who attended and made this event a success.
In regards to the Cook Co. Jail Tour, there has been a problem with acquiring funds. Dr. Proctor has asked the CJA to put up half the money, approximately $350, to pay for the bus. We will have a vote on this at the next meeting.
Elections will be held this Sunday at approximately 2:00 p.m. We will meet at the library, in the lobby, at 1:30. If anyone is unable to attend the meeting and wants to vote, please put your choice for president and vice president on separate slips of paper. On the outside of the folded vote, mark whether the vote is for pres. of VP. Please put the slips of paper into an envelope and seal. Please give the sealed envelope to either Cheryl or Cindy by noon on Friday. Cheryl and Cindy, could you please initial the envelopes to verify that the envelopes are sealed.
