IV. Other Business

A.     CJA will receive $50!!! (SGA passed the motion to give clubs who participated in the IUSB Fest $50).

B.     There will soon be a Club Council Handbook. Suggestions? E-mail amberlee511@aol.com

C.     All clubs will participate in the Food/Item Drive sponsored by the Club Council.

            V. Still Other Business

A. Installation Ceremony: Still at 7 p.m. but the date is being reconsidered. Tentatively, it is on Dec. 6. John is waiting for the “Chicago people” to respond. There will be a list of all people who will be designated to do something for the event. So far, there are about 20 national members (ACJA) and you can still turn in your applications. Members will also help John spread the word and encourage other members to become a national member.

B. There are criteria that you have to meet to be included in the conferences.

Suggestions:

-         John has suggested having a trip to Chicago to meet the president so that they know that we exist. J

-         A member suggested to have a CJA mail box in the office

-         Another suggested having a phone in the CJA office. Officers will look into that.
