Note: All three exams can be completed during the same testing session. The reading exam will take approximately 50 minutes. For those also taking the math exam, you are allowed 90 minutes to complete that exam. At any point that you are done, you may begin the English exam, in which you are allowed 60 minutes to complete, and must remain for the duration of the exam. The start times listed above for the English exam are for those taking that exam only.

Placement exams must be completed prior to attending new student orientation and/or registering for classes.

Intended Major: Students majoring in education, nursing, dental hygiene, or radiography are strongly encouraged to take the English exam in order to place directly into ENG-W131. Although you may still opt for automatic placement into ENG-W130, please note that this course does not count toward degree requirements in those majors.
