If you do not know your student ID number, refer to the following:

Your admissions certificate
The welcome letter you received from the Office of Student Services
Go to https://itaccounts.iu.edu/ss/emplid_lookup.cgi to look it up using your Social Security number.
Use the OneStart Personal Info Channel (click here for instructions).
