You must meet Fundamental Skills (Competency) Requirements that demonstrate college-level competency in five areas:  written communication, oral communication, quantitative reasoning, computer literacy, and world culture.  Courses meeting fundamental skills requirements may also be used to fulfill distribution requirements.

You must demonstrate fundamental skills competency by completing an appropriate college-level course with a grade of C (2.0) or higher or by exercising other options such as CLEP or DANTES exams.

► Introduction to General Studies (1 course)
Must be completed either before admission or within the first 12 credits after admission to the General Studies Degree Program.
► Senior Capstone Seminar (1 course)
Must be completed within the final semester.
