Minors
General Studies students are encouraged to include minors and/or certificates as part of their Bachelor of General Studies (B.G.S.) degree. Minors give students an opportunity to study an academic area in some depth and help B.G.S. student further define their degree.
Minors and certificates are available from several departments across campus. Students must declare their minor with the respective department. Information about minors and certificates can be found in the IU South Bend Bulletin.
