The Writing Center (AI 124) and the
Learning Center (AI 122)
What kind of help do they give? Individual and group tutoring for writing and reading in the
Writing Center (WC) and all other subjects in the
Learning Center
What else do they do?
- LUNCH, LEARN, AND LAUGH; informal lunchtime (11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.) study groups,
workshops, and foreign language conversation groups
- Computer-based skills tutorial in math, touch typing, speed reading, spelling, and
vocabulary expansion
- Videos on writing (WC)
- Faculty with specialties in developmental writing, math, reading, and study
skills
- Adaptive equipment and technologies for students with disabilities and differences

When are they open? Every day of the week
Monday-Wednesday 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Thursday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Friday-Saturday 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Sunday 12-8:00 p.m.
